Black – Outstanding Family Contribution (Bring a Note)
Yellow – Perfect Attendance (No Make-Ups)
Blue – Leadership (Lead the class, without intervension by Instructor)
Red or Green – Academics (Bring a Copy of Report Card)
Striped – (Forms Performance)
