A martial arts demonstration was held at the Sheridan Rec. on June 18th. Demonstrations included 2 different forms and 5 separate board breaking demonstrations. A special free class was also taught. Congratulations and many thanks to those 4 students who attended and their breaking stats have been updated accordingly. More demonstrations are planned for July 30th & Aug. 6th.
