A martial arts demonstration and workshop was held at the Sheridan Rec. Center on August 6th. Three advanced students and Sa Bum Kreinbrink , II Dan demonstrated different aspects of the martial arts, which they have learned during their years of study. The demonstrations included the pattern Chung-Gun, three different board breaking techniques, a form with the sais and two different sword forms (one musical). Instructor R. Kreinbrink allowed those in attendance to choose the breaking technique, for his demonstration through 3 boards. The advanced students who attended have been promoted to the position of Assistant Instructors and their stats have been updated accordingly.
