Use long range techniques use back leg side kick or back leg front kick skipping kicks jumping kicks Make them run where you want If they are running to the side, try to guess which side and make them move into your attack. Fake a high jab, side kick to the side. "Spook" them, then move in swiftly. 2. Counter Puncher(analytical) Fool them by using strategy Act worn out. attack by surprise with skip side kick. Mix slow & fast techniques jump front snap, jump front snap w/ no step or chamber. Mix circular & linear techniques hook kick, front snap kick turning kick, side kick horizontal eye rake high, drop down uppercut Attack at varying heights lift your leg(to both block and make them think you will kick), one two punch. Blitzer (aggressive) Intercept their attack side kick to ribs as they are coming in front snap kick under their leg if a high kick check their kicking leg with your foot check their hip when they try to perform spinning techniques. Move to a different angle and keep moving! (they want you to back straight up or stay in one place- don't give them what they want!) Beat them at their own game- blitz them! It will intimidate them and an aggressive fighting style sometimes masks weak defensive skills. You will need to practice and string together combinations that you can perform quickly and powerfully. 4. The fourth type of fighter uses these three styles interchangeably and can be difficult to fight without constantly changing your strategy. When two good fighters are sparring it is a mental strategy game, and you must fool your opponent to win!
