Black - Outstanding Family Contribution (Bring a Note)
Yellow - Perfect Attendance (No Make-Ups)
Blue - Leadership (Lead the class, without intervension by Instructor)
Red or Green - Academics (Bring a Copy of Report Card)
Striped - (Forms Performance)
